These Terms govern the use of the tripResale website and the contractual relationship between tripResale ("we", "us") and bedbank partners, distribution partners and B2B users ("you", "Partner") accessing the post-cancellation revenue engine.
tripResale provides a B2B infrastructure that, on behalf of bedbank partners, attempts to resell cancelled non-refundable bookings during the release window across its own marketplace, curated B2C demand, B2B buyers and connected distribution partners.
If tripResale resells the inventory, the Partner earns incremental net revenue. If tripResale does not resell within the release window, the Partner's position is identical to the baseline scenario: the booking is cancelled with the hotel before release. tripResale does not introduce additional cost or hotel-side exposure.
The booking, confirmation and guest relationship remain with the bedbank Partner. The hotel only receives an updated guest name prior to release, as in any standard reservation.
Activation requires (i) a real-time NR cancellation feed via API and (ii) per-hotel release date. Technical specifications are provided under the commercial agreement.
Pricing, revenue share and operational commitments are defined in the commercial agreement signed with each Partner. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer.
You shall not (a) reverse engineer the platform; (b) use the service to distribute inventory you are not entitled to commercialise; (c) circumvent technical limitations; or (d) use the service in violation of applicable law.
All content, brand assets, models and software are owned by tripResale or its licensors. No license is granted except as strictly required to use the service.
Operational data, pricing logic and commercial terms exchanged between the parties are confidential and may only be used for the purpose of the agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, tripResale's aggregate liability is limited to the fees received from the Partner in the twelve (12) months preceding the event. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits beyond contractually recovered margin.
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Madrid, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules where applicable.
